28 y/o male with with excess abdominal, flank, and mons pubis skin following approximately 180 lb weight loss after successful bariatric surgery, who underwent a fleur-de-lis abominoplasty (vertical and horizontal skin excision) along with excisional monsplasty. Chest contouring will be performed at a later date for a staged resection.
