49 y/o female presents with hollow lower orbits, tear trough deformity and midface atrophy, requesting facial rejuvenation. Patient underwent volume replacement with fat transfer to her inferior orbital rims, cheeks, and temporal regions.

30 y/o female desired cosmetic improvement of her "dark circles" and presents with a "tear trough deformity" with inferior orbital hollowness. Juvederm Ultra Plus 1/2 syringe along with Prevelle 1/2 syringe were layered into each inferior orbital rim to accomplish her desired improvement.
