with excess abdominal, flank, and mons pubis skin following approximately 180 lb weight loss after successful bariatric surgery, who underwent a fleur-de-lis abominoplasty (vertical and horizontal skin excision) along with excisional monsplasty. Chest contouring will be performed at a later date for a staged resection.

Age: 32 y/o female
with history of open gastric bypass and massive weight loss requesting skin abdominal skin excision and re-contouring. She has a history of a previous panniculectomy (fat removal) with abdominal wall hernia repair causing loss of belly button. She underwent an extended revision abdominoplasty with a vertical incision (fleur-de-lis) to remove the excess skin in the midline along with the re-creation of her belly button. She is happy and pleased with the results.
