Age: 40 y/o female presents to the office requesting revision breast surgery following previous breast augmentation and now has developed bilateral glandular breast ptosis and snoopy deformity. She requested to have her breast more “perky”. We opted to perform a bilateral breast lift with partial midline breast reduction by removing the extra breast tissue in the lower pole. The implants and breast capsule remained intact. There was considerable improvement in her contour and she is very happy.
