Mansfield Cosmetic Surgery Center has been successfully performing BOTOX Cosmetic injections since 2008 to clients in Mansfield, Arlington, and Fort Worth, TX. BOTOX is an in-office procedure that takes less than 15 minutes and the results typically last 3-4 months.

All BOTOX injections are personally performed by Dr. Michael Thornton. Although well qualified, we choose not to use mid level nurse practitioners or physician assistants to perform our BOTOX injections. Because of this individualized, surgeon-level attention, we try to minimize complications and provide you with the best results.
Since 2008, we have happily provided BOTOX to clients from across the DFW Metroplex including, Mansfield, Arlington, Fort Worth, Dallas, Kennedale, Grand Prairie, Burleson, Corsicana, Ennis, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Waco, Duncanville, DeSoto and Plano.
Because of Dr. Thornton’s expertise in performing BOTOX injections and his long-standing commitment to Allergan, he has achieved Gold-Status in the Allergan Privileges Program. This Gold-Status partnership with Allergan means that you will receive one of the highest levels of professional service from a BOTOX physician.
Our office is a proud participant in the Allergan Brilliant Distinctions Program. This program allows you to earn points each time you receive BOTOX or JUVEDERM and redeem the received points for future savings and discounts.
BOTOX is a simple, non-surgical treatment that can temporarily restore a more youthful look to your upper face through the reduction and / or temporary elimination of facial lines and wrinkles. Typical injections are performed near the expression lines such as the forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, and nasal bunny lines. After one treatment you will notice a dramatic improvement after 5-7 days. Although results may vary, BOTOX generally lasts 3-4 months per application.
Botulinum Toxin Type A (BOTOX Cosmetic) is a purified protein complex produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum, which contains a neurotoxin. When used in a medical setting as an injectable form of sterile, purified botulinum toxin, small doses block the release of a chemical called acetylcholine by nerve cells that signal muscle contraction. By selectively interfering with the muscles’ ability to contract, preexisting lines and fine wrinkles are smoothed out and, in most cases, become nearly invisible.
